Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, single-business, non-transferable, revocable license for internal use only.

  • Upload products to shared drives or group chats

  • Modify and resell products

  • Claim ownership or authorship

Violations = immediate license termination + legal action for copyright infringement.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

All content is the exclusive property of GLAM Legal® and protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

Unauthorized distribution, copying, or sharing may result in:

  • DMCA takedowns

  • Statutory damages up to $150,000 per violation

  • Termination of all licenses

  • Civil or criminal enforcement

4. Anti-Chargeback Policy

Purchasing from GLAM Legal® means you agree:

  • NO chargebacks for any digital products

  • Contact us BEFORE initiating a dispute

  • Filing a chargeback is a breach of contract

You agree to pay:

  • All attorneys’ fees and collection costs

  • A $1,000 administrative fee (liquidated damages)

  • The full purchase amount if reversed

Chargeback abuse may be reported to payment processors, IC3, and fraud databases.
